Either way, it's really not anything about her - even Gaga has had her team tweet for her recently. It's sad that a lot of celebrities tweet what they want and only what they want.

Didn't mean it in a negative way, sorry. But based on both twitters, Britney's seems more polished while Miley's is more spontaneous. I think their management hardly use Miley's twitter. She seems more involved with her twitter than Brit.
