that makes annie weak, she needs to rely on her titan form to become strong
i want mikasa to stay human, because that's what makes her badass, she can own pile of titans and she doesn't need to be one, she just has too much SKILLS! Can annie do that! Hell no she ranked 4th and she'll never top mikasa!
In her human form, I never see annie fight with a titan. she's weak!
