It is really annoying. I think the only reason they think it sounds like "her" (Old Nicki) is because of the title 'Dope Dealer'.
Though, I wonder... Could it be possible that there are people who haven't checked for Nicki in such a long time that they haven't heard her really rap stuff (due to Starships overshadowing, etc.) since 2010/2011? Maybe Meek's audience is full of people like that? Idk.
It is really annoying, but it is nice to know that people are beginning to realize she has returned to her roots.
