Then it's easy. You just don't get it. None of you get it. The verses aren't meant to be cute or sweet. The whole song isn't meant to be cute or sweet. The lyrics match her voice intonations. I find it funny that Rihanna gets called a rockstar when Gaga is more raw sounding than any of the pop girls. It's definitely not an experimental song, but it's way daring and alternative than, let's say, a Katy Perry or a Britney song.
