Every time I try to look for someone new I end up with people like Zoe Sugg and the Harries twins.  I've started to watch a lot of MirandaSings though. Oop. Selling out part reminds me of AnnoyingOrange - not that it was that amazing at first, but it was a cute little thing to watch now and then.. the fact that they sold out to Cartoon Network isn't that bad, though, but the fact that they're making terrible videos on Youtube now is messy.
They should stick to their new audience over on the big(ger) screen.
And I'm missing out on so many recent Youtubers. I hear a lot about them, but they don't interest me enough or I don't take the time to watch them. Like, I don't watch any British Youtubers and suddenly they're all the rage. The only ones I've subbed to within the last 3 months are HowToBasic
, PewDie (just for HW vids), KSIOlajidebt (just for funny games), Chester See, Tyler Oakley and a sprinkle of irrelevants. My subscription box is always full, though, so I don't think I can handle adding in more daily stuff to watch.

There's a competition every episode! Unless you mean how long they show the competitions or something, which I agree that sometimes they edit them down to a small time, but they like to focus on the gameplay and alliances going on.
And no, I only watch BB US but whenever I hear about the other versions, it seems that there are rarely or never competitions.
