Since when did you need to be as successful as somebody to criticize them? That would make sense if she was calling the girls flops or has beens, but that's not the case. She is allowed to voice her opinions on subjects people are ASKING HER about.

Yeah all videos this era look so cheap, I think the best one was WIWYM bc at least I could understand it not having a storyline or a budget bigger than 10 dollars.

Stripped was released close to Britney than ITZ, and Britney outsold Stripped. Xtinca did not cut Britney out of the game if hasn't scored a solo hit since 2007 while Britney has plenty, hasn't toured since 2008 wile Britney has plenty, does get any nominations for awards since 2008 while Britney has etc. It's no surprise Xtinca gets asked about Britney in her interviews - that's her only cling to get noticed as well as riding on Adam's coattails.
Janet was still overshadowed by her peers too - Mariah, Madonna, Celine, etc. Janet's situation is actually somewhat worse than Christina's because she was overshadowed by her competitors + her brother.

Janet was bigger than Michael in 1993 - 2001. Bigger than Madonna in the 90s and Celine is a complete different artist from Janet. Anyway even if it was true, janet was overshadowed by legends while Xtina gets overshadowed by your average stars.
