No, it's not unmatchable or groundbreaking. It's merely a great showing for a new artist.
Groundbreaking/unmatchable is what Lady Gaga accomplished in her first era. Groundbreaking/unmatchable is what Adele managed to accomplish with
21. Lana is successful, but her era could be EASILY beat by several acts in the near future. And if Lana is so untouchable, you girls wouldn't be getting your panties in a twist over a one-hit wonder/no name/teenager.
