Yeah, that's probably just a tease to get people to support the petition I guess. When have these people ever leaked songs before?

I agree, it's stupid how greedy they are. But maybe some don't leak their material because they're afraid they'll get in trouble if RCA or Ke$ha's management get wind of it and can trace it back to their IPs?
