For a single that people was predicting to be out of the top 20 by now its doing good and all we are happy about is how it proved the nay sayers wrong. Not all her singles can be megasmashes. And applause is even yet to peak so it might even go higher

Lol, nope. You need to stop thinking about the physical size of a country. Population is far more important when thinking about iTunes. Taiwan has 23 million people, that would make it the 9th biggest country in Europe.
