Britney is not back in full force and she's okay with it. I'm okay with it too. I would love for her to be back in full force, but she doesn't seem to want to be pre-blackout Britney anymore. I'm okay with that, she spoiled her fans before and she set the bar way too high for herself and now people, like you, will never be used to her wanting to be less than what she was. There's nothing wrong with scaling back, maybe it's time you accept that. I want her to be what she wants to be and if that's means that this is the Britney we have, then I'll be entertained when she does her thing and I'll chill when she's not.

Britney's team is actually quite efficient. Probably one of the best manufactured popstars is Britney. It's not the team. It's Britney. She just cant deliver. She's too sedated to function.
Rihanna's team (mgt NOT production/A&R) are the worst. Rihanna should be much bigger than what she is and she's big.
