Unless he can find some alternative method on his computer or phone, there's nothing he can do.
Yeah, but it's still not letting him login. Maybe the server views it as something unknown during the login idk.

There's an updated emoji app on iTunes store, so he should be able to dl it if he hasn't already and gotten the problem resolved.

I remember the good days in 2010 when we got name changes and I think it was Brooklyn who had a bunch of crazy mess and they said no mam. Nowadays, they let y'all put nothing but smileys and hearts in your names and say it's good to go only for y'all to get locked out. Good times.
