Japan Hot 100 is kinda irrelevant though. They need a chart measuring digital sales only, it's the best way to see what's hot.
But I'm telling y'all, Manicure needs to be a promo single in Japan, with a girly and pretty video. They love that kind of stuff, and Japan is like her biggest market now. I've always thought Hair should've been a single there too, with a video, oh well
