As of now, December 22, but I think more dates are going to be announced. Asia was mentioned in the press release and there dates haven't been announced.

But there are gaps in her schedule to allow a release, plus she has shot a lot of her videos ahead of time.

There is no way you;re getting an album/single before the Asia dates. Beyonce hates flopping and promotes the hell out of her music. Not only that but her whole album got scrapped. If she flops again she'll officially just be a touring artist. Also the song she's been on and put out are not looking too promising. She doesn't seem like she's there yet.
