You know even though i'm not a fan of K-pop but they have an advantage over western Pop stars, they don't allow those cats out of the hat until they are ready.
They train them how to dance to sing better, a real perfect package....

I like the idea of labels taking artists and giving them the Mathew Knowles bootcamp training for years before having them make their debut.
