I’m glad you asked that question. It’s full exclusivity in North America. So she’ll be exclusive to Las Vegas and Planet Hollywood for two years in North America. If you live in the United States or Canada and you want to see Britney Spears in the next couple of years, Vegas is the place to do it.

She can perform anywhere outside the US, but in the US she is contractually obligated to only perform in Vegas (but merely concert type performances, stuff like award shows and the like are allowed). Celine has the same contract, and she performs overseas and on domestic TV without interference. Robin Leach confirmed this.

Can someone provide me official statement about it being only concerts? **** the hopeful assumptions to avoid impending dissapointment (like always). The official Billboard Q&A tells ME Britney can't perform outside of Las Vegas during her residency. That's how it is asked and answer.
