Her obsession with fitness actually makes her look older. Madonna looks younger when she gains weight. Was like that in the 90s too. She just has extremes. She's 55 and she either looks 20 years younger than that or 20 years older.
At least her plastic surgery facelift isn't as extreme as Michael's or Cher's. It's very subtle for Hollywood anyways.
