I meant that they should do the most that they can possibly do.
Doing too much gives you extra points and appreciation. Doing too little makes you look lazy.
Top members have to be leaders and to be that, you have to go the extra mile and work hard.
I see some people tried so hard to make an impact with their applications & failed. I had no clue we were supposed to write an entire magazine spread. Did I miss something?
In retrospect- in my entry I just list qualities in me I like and explain their importance to ATRL + the game. Not really explain why I'm a top member.
