Have you ever watched the infamous "I Am The Femme Fatale" MTV special? That part of the interview at GMA sounded like "OMG, I'm so happy, yayyyy" close to her last answer then.

Try to make it WORK, before you just hop off it. GaGa tried to give Applause more life when it started freefalling, and it gave it some steam and it has rebounded into a moderate hit...but then again Beyonce tried the same with Run The World and the public kept saying "NO"....it can go either way.
They better wait for the album release week to release a 2nd single, it's gonna be the final nail in the coffin if they release something like next month.
In all honesty, I still believe the video can push Work Bitch to a Top 5 peak on the Hot 100, and that will be more than fine by me.
