Two of those songs are collaborations, none of Frank's songs that were collaborations were singles this year, he has basically been inactive besides two award shows and touring, so you really have NO point or ground to stand on.
You cannot get a Top 40 hit if you aren't releasing new singles or new music at all.

I am ONLY referring to this year because you brought up Migurl's Top 40 singles (two of which were songs with other artists), when Frank songs with other artists haven't been singles.
We see how much radio play translated in Brandy's album sales too...
