Maybe so, but my nephews had their names changed to their father's last name, and it took them several months for it to do, and getting an updated birth certificate is a hassle. Mind you, they were in school.

The funniest thing is she made Destinys Child anglicize their names in order for her name to stand out. Their names aren't Kelly and Michelle. They are Kelendria and Tenitra. If they stuck with their birth names, Kelendria would be the one to stick out. Kelendria Rowland sounds like a name that should be in lights.
