The problem was who the **** said she was gonna perform?
Eventually, it's all the fans' fault for thinking she's going to perform. It was just a reveal but stans put their mouth first before checking the infos.
It's as basic as it gets, Britney doesn't do promo days after her single goes out on itunes.
