Maybe the first 2 seasons, but third and fourth season slay any Buffy season by far. Buffy of course still has multuple stand-alone episodes that **** on any individual Angel episode but overall Angel just feels more complete. Buffy was a mess at the end, the last 2 seasons were all over the place and all the characters became so annoying.

Angel (the character) is just much more interesting than Buffy ever was. And Wesley storyline >>>>>>

Cordy is Cordy and Fred also slays literally everyone from Buffy.

Angel & Cordy > Angel & Buffy (I literally started to loathe Buffy when she appeared in that Angel episode).
