ADR is when actors/actresses record their lines again in a studio for a film. They record all of them just in case there were difficulties hearing their lines when they shot.
The Perez article does make it sound like she actually might be working on the album right now though.

Another reason I think she may be taking meetings/working at the studio is all of the latest candids are sans Luca and she's carrying a water bottle, papers, and coffee in both sets...
If we get more candids like this during the week or Hilary officially tweets something, I'll start the list again.
Watch her actually be rehearsing for an upcoming film.
