I agree with Genocide for once, Work Bitch is more messy than it is risky, but aren't those two things mutually inclusive?

If something is messy then it's risky as well by default.

Work Bitch not having a defined hook is why it can be seen as risky, however with a cool enough video it could smash as a novelty-esque song.
