Dead at you trying to minimize Beyonce's 4 promo. 4 was promoted more than Rihanna's last two era's combined and still did about the same album sales wise and flopped terribly single sales wise. Rihanna's ability to get #1s with less promo, less time, and less effort has you pressed and that's understandable.
Bey had effective promo that helped sell her album. No hit singles needed and still sold more then some. Keep on trying to beat around the facts.
I wonder how some of these other girls albums would sale with not hit singles.
bad romance fell out of the top 10 in its second week but no-one seems to bring that up. applause is doing great. if u ever want a kii look for the original bad romance thread. there's another thread w/ a poll comparing bad romance 3 and russian roulette and i think BR lost. it was weird

Applause is a moderate hit, not for Gagas lead single terms, though.
