Just google any, I mean ANY hotel in the USA and use its address as if it's yours. The rest - your name, e-mail etc - can all be your real info.

As for the credit you're gonna need to buy at the US store, you have to get your "hands" on one of those gift cards. If you're not in the US, buy one on eBay, all you need is the code to redeem it.

Lots of ebay vendors will send you the redeem code for the gift card as soon as you buy it too that way you don't have to wait for it in the mail just in case you don't get it in time.

Not that there have been a ton of meltdowns about it, but I really believe the SECOND single will be the personal song that promotes the album and true direction of the product. Remember, labels these days are releasing the second and third strongest songs from an album as the LEAD single. These days, lead singles are used essentially as buzz tracks with radio deals for maximum exposure - then the second single that comes before the album release, is the more refined single that reflects the album since its released closer to the album launch.
