There is absolutely nothing wrong with taking a protein supplement. You would get the same thing from chicken, fish etc just don't make it the main source you get your protein from. And you specifically want whey protein after a workout because your body can use it almost immediately to rebuild muscle.

Let me go on a racist rant for a second. Pardon me if I offend anyone... I hate dumb white bitches. I was on Peachtree St. about to turn onto W. Peachtree and take my ass back to my apt when some little white bitch, couldn't have been any older than 21 comes driving up behind me texting in her little Jeep Wrangler and hits me in the back. I just sat there for a min like I know this simple bitch didn't just hit me and then I proceeded to get out of my car to observe damage or what not (which was only a scratch and a minor dent in my bumper) and here she comes... "Oh... my... God. I am so so sorry. Are you ok? I don't even know what happened. It's like you came out of no where". I kept my composure. I really wanted to go off on her and told her had she been paying attention it probably would've never happened, but I didn't. She was like, "There doesn't seem to be any damage so it's probably not even necessary and a waste of time to even exchange information". I was like "No, there is visible minor damage and we were exchanging information regardless just in case there is something underlying". She was like "Ok, if that's what you want. I just don't want my insurance to go up because my dad pays it and he would be really upset".... She was going on and on and on. She even complimented my outfit.

It was just stupid. Like simple bitch why are you texting and driving in Downtown Atlanta when there is always something going on and numerous pedestrians crossing the street? I'm annoyed.

Urgh. I just moved into my new flat and the 2nd flatmate was pressed. I used the shower and left my towel in there and pyjama bottoms (I forgot them) too and she was all like...you simply can't do that, come on...it's unacceptable. If you do it again, I'm going to have to talk to Angel (our landlord)...I'm like...please. She has ALL her things in that room I have no space for anything, and she gets mad because I leave a TOWEL IN A BATHROOM and a piece of clothing in there. me and ha' gon' fall OUT.

She was like, "but I barely even hit you. Can't you just accept my apology and we drop this". I can't do it. People be thinking I be joking when I say I have ADHD, but I have literally been diagnosed with it. When I get behind the wheel of my car I have to be focused on the road for the sake of my life and everyone else's.
