They aren't. The album just hasn't sold over the years . Her albums have been re-certified and ITZ stayed the same while the others changed because it hasn't risen above what it originally is.

I don't think Applause is doing that bad for a DJWS-produced track with weird lyrics in the verses and unclear vocals in the chorus. But the first week sales did reveal there's a lot of fake Monsters around. Or perhaps a lot of us are too young and don't have credit cards etc. yet.
There are iChune's gift cards. The Monsters betrayed Gaga.
DIL outsold TEOM though. And I don't know why you're trying it when Mariah and Beyonce are in the same boat of 'being scared to release an album'.
TEOM sold the same amount as DIL and the latter had a 2 year advantage.

Now you're talking out of YOUR ass. ITZ was a very successful album, let's not deflate the sales.
If anything, the ITZ album helped make a GH album sell 6M which is a great accomplishment. Just proves ITZ's success.
