Because he manages/represents the person that wrote the song. Same thing happend with Rihanna's "Right Now".
Another Dj who is represented by Guetta produced the song but David got the credir/feature. The writer still gets royalties. Or maybe RCA doesn't know guys name and used him as a plaeholder. The album isn't out for another 3 months they have time to correct it in the album booklet.
