The breakdown part (where's she shrouded in shadow) was supposed to be the double. But apparently the double let it slip, and then some more insiders let it slip, and then the directors and Larry hastily denied it, and ended up splicing out a whole bunch of the breakdown part with the fight scenes and paint scene.
And then the last dance scene is pretty obvious. She has a necklace on. Now it's off. Now they zoom out. Now they focus somewhere else. Now she has sleeves, etc. They did multiple multiple takes and apparently Britney broke down/cried because she didn't want to keep doing it over and over, but the director kept pushing her.
