HAha, No. Epic probably gave him a $25 budget limit while RCA has much more money. It would explain Miley always being naked if that was the case though.

I finally decided to give
17 a listen because I wanted to know how bad Epic slipped up. After hearing it...Epic has no idea what they're doing.
17 is much better than both
HTNGU &
RNR. Not only as my personal favorite but it would make the most sense as a single. It still likely would've failed because Epic seems to have no budget and can't convince radio stations to play any of their artists but
17 still definitely would've had the best shot.
The song has a similar theme to
HTNGU &
RNR but the difference is, it is about remembering what it was like instead of still acting that way. It would come off as much more mature despite being about being 17.
I say restart the era and release
17 as the lead
Not even radio interviews.
