Take with a grain of salt:

First, i forgot to say that i wasn't on set. The infos that I told, came from a friend and from some recorded scenes (includes the break) that I saw. I'm not even a american. I just have sources, and I'm not gonna tell you who they are.

So, there's more infos that i got from the second day.
- They recorded RuPaul's scene. I don't know anything about this.
- The video concept it's a little misterious, but involve people lost in desert and Britney is a mirage, or something like that. I bet (this is MY OPINION) that maybe the people can be "critics".
- Ben Mor is the co-director with Britney. She's definitely taking control about EVERYTHING in this new era.
- I saw the whip scene, and IT'S ****ING AWESOME.
- They shoot during the night (as you see in hannah's tweet). This scenes seems show Britney driving in the desert and some cars are chasing her.
- No infos about the bikini scene.
- They propably will record the break scene again, today.
- I saw a video, that show some people in backstage during the shooting, and, I swear, I heard some gun shots. I don't know what this means.
- The lyrics: “You want a Bugatti? Wanna ride in my Maserati? You betta work bitch!" it's true.
- Will.i.am never was on set. This week they are planned finish 3/4 songs, including the second with Sia.

Also, the same user "confirmed" Britney would perform at the VMAs to announce her Vegas residency. Either they can't tell a "G" from a "V" (why does that sound like a dirty lyric Katy Perry would sing), or they're extra fake.

The contract is already signed, the rehearsal started two months ago and Britney is almost ready for the show. And a preview will be presented on MTV Video Music Awards 2013.

My source told me that Britney is preparing a medley with some of your best songs (that she will perform in vegas) to present on VMA. This medley includes not only the singles, but some other songs (like The Hook Up and Showdown from In The Zone and Kill The Lights from Circus) and maybe she will perform a preview from the lead single of her upcoming album (this part is not 100% sure).

The medley will have between 8~11 minutes and after the performance, Britney will announce her residency on stage. Until this point, the show has named as "Freakshow/Peepshow".

Some of the songs that could be on the medley is: (I think that will be performed in this order)

I don't believe the bikini photo has anything to do with the video, she said very clearly she was going to get a tan for the video, not that that was an outfit she was wearing for it.

I use print screen then crop pictures in Paint. Also Windows 7 Ultimate has a special cropping tool for these purposes. You just literally cut any part of a picture/screen you want.
