It's a bit hard to explain, and it's kind of racist; People say "Neide" is supposed to be a common name for maids/poor people over here, and since Britney is usually so sloppy with her choices on clothes and zero make-up, they say she looks, err, poor.
It all started with nicknames like we use in english, "Britneyde", then "Britneide" and, eventually, just Neide.
