You know what, I observate and when I'm on the street. I look how "ordinary" people react when they see homeless, misfits, ugly, dwarfs or disabled people, they just look away.
1) 'Observate' is not a word.
2) That doesn't mean that ugly, short and/ or disabled people are incapable of leading normal lives.
