Brooklyn Nets didn't really have anyone last season, in my opinion. Deron Williams is overrated. I feel like you either have to have a superstar + an all-star and average role players (i.e. the Heat or Lakers) or a well-balanced team of above average players (i.e. the Celtics of 2011). The Nets are neither of those but made it to the playoffs. The Clippers are and, although the made the playoffs, still didn't live up to their potential. Then again, I think Chris Paul, though talented, doesn't have the leadership and willpower to lead a team to a championship.

True to an extent.
I think growing an actual team >>>>>>> everything else e.g. Spurs, Thunder of 2012, Mavericks, ****, this year's Pacers is a good example as well IMO. They've always been consistant top level teams and none of them have "superstar" players really (maybe Tony Parker because he was smushing Eva Longoria lol) the Lakers is like the YMCMB of basketball teams, people always getting picked up and dropped except Kobe (Lil Wayne) and they never consistent with it, especially this last couple years.
The Clippers will get there, eventually. They got a great, young squad, give em a couple years, An older player to give em some sort of guidance would help too (like KG lol)
Fukk paying CP3 105 MILLION DOLLARS though.
