Even without top tens it was able to outsell Femme Fatale though. Poor dat.
Femme Fatale was still far more successful than 4lop. It just lacked promo unlike 4 which had a HUGE promo campaign as well as NINE singles which all flopped while the Queen got 3 top 10's effortlessly.

Wasn't successful in terms of album sales nor touring. And too bad those top tens didn't help her sell nor get her any recognition. I guess unless you count that time when she won an award from MTV and her speech turned into her introducing Beyoncé
