If Britney's team were to use a sample from his song, he would be the first to know about that. Unless he doesn't own rights to it of course. Also it's just a sample, so why is everyone making such a big deal out of this rumor?

I'm not gonna believe anything until we get an official confirmation. Even if the rumors happen to be true -- I don't really care as long as it's good. I just don't understand what's the big deal since it's just a sample and no one heard it yet.
