Perez Hilton was just on the radio with Carson Daly and he says that he liked the whole album, he's more excited for the songs not produced by Dr. Luke because they are another level, he thinks at least 3 more songs will go #1 (WOA, TIHWD, DR) and he also thinks that Capitol may be saving some songs for a re-release

Nooo, this is how we end up with tracks like "Work It" - flawless* songs kept back for a rerelease but which get replaced by newer songs she writes right before the release.

It'd make sense though for the missing It Takes Two/Bad Photographs... Dressin' Up was the first song she was showing off from Teenage Dream and they decided to hold it back, obviously for potential lead single material.

I think the border adds a scenery-self-portrait- art frame type of effect to it, it sort of makes the album cover whole and complete in terms of making it come to life and making it be distinctive and unique. It also adds a backdrop to the beautiful picture of Katy IMO.
