I don't think it's that far fetched tbh but those lyrics (to me) at least are very reminiscent to the fame

Also, don't forget, a lot of the Gaga fans since the beginning were young (11,12,13 etc.) and didn't have a sexuality decided yet. A lot of the 16 year old fans that are gay, were straight.

The funniest part of that Burqa/Aura performance was when the camera zoomed in and her eyes opened really wide. It was during the intro
