Of course, I don't know all the details surrounding their relationship and the only time I ever read about it was in a Rolling Stone article from like 2008 and it has no mention of a pregnancy. Britney was EAGER to settle down after ITZ, something tells me if she'd have gotten pregnant in 01/02, she wouldn't have aborted. 
But, I don't know.
