I thought it meant that she doesn't want to be obsessed with or having to rely on a man. "Heal me because I'm addicted to love" "I need to heal the way you make me feel." She wants retake the hold of her own feminine identity which is why she putting her perfume/dress/heels/etc on in the verses. Also, she's forcing a female presence in the usually male dominated rock genre. Asserting herself as an independent woman. I actually think the "person" she's talking to is a fellow girl so maybe encouraging females working together and getting along.. . Idk I haven't really thought much about it. Just a hunch.
