I can see the appeal for most of Katy's singles even the ones I don't like but Roar is just so forgettable and middle-ground that I genuinely don't understand why it's smashing so hard. Does she just have that much power in her name?
Freaks - 77
Tapout - 44
Tonight I'm Getting Over You - 90
Somebody Else - ?
I'm Out - 44
Twerk It - ?
Get Like Me - ?
Love More - 52
I Wanna Be With You - ?
Lol, the list is also missing a bunch of other Ricki-massacred singles released this year
Although I have love for Onika I don't see her next era doing well at all, she'd be lucky to open with 200k. She damaged her brand way too much with Roman Reloaded and it's going to take a long time to fix.
I don't see her doing it. Her last album still hasn't scanned platinum after how many singles and a tour? She really needs to figure out herself because in the beginning she wanted to be Lil Kim. Then Lady Gaga. I think she's stuck in an identity crisis. But yeah I don't get Cement Butts appeal. I do like a lot of PFRR. Reminds me A LOT of Animal/Cannibal

This is true. She needs another pop hit to frontload the era otherwise it won't go well. None of her features are doing anything so the era itself probably won't without a generic dance-pop single

Pretty much. Tbh she could release a track of herself reading Mein Kampf and it would at least go double platinum.
