Yes, if she had released "Thinking of You" as the 2nd single from Warrior then she would have already. But I don't think one floppish album (I say floppish because it did at least have one hit single) means her career is completely over.
Just remember -- Mariah had a 5 year gap and Cher had a 24 year gap between #1 singles.
