This is one of the most annoying statements about Beyoncé performance style.
End Of Time is a completely different performance style to Run The World which is different to WDYLM which is different to Single Ladies which is different to 1+1.
She growls and hairflips her way through one song, she croons through another, she's quieter through others.
There's some nuance in the original. The chorus feels like a climax. Pepcé is just going at full volume from the start to the end. She should've done it like Speechless.
