That update is actually old , it doesn't include the Femme fatale era which sold around 500K records there, and Scream and shout which sold 800K there.
I actually think that update is like from 2009 and it's been re-used several times.
There's another update from 2011 where Britney has sold 7,3million singles in UK , that was before "S&S" was released. And that was just singles sales.
