K$ still has a sort-of solid fanbase, the album will probably sell like 10k on the first week and peak at top 50/60 depending on which quarter they'll release it.

And as far as Lip$ha charting I doubt it'll do as well as her own records and I don't mean that to be harsh just realistic. Besides it charting well doesn't even matter though, its Ke$ha making the type of music that she wants to make and its not necessarily going to be commercial enough to sell a lot of records and that in a way makes it even better depending on your point of view.

Definitely. It'll be an awesome way for her to let out all of the creativity and wackiness she doesn't always get to showcase in her own material, and it will hopefully also do wonders for her credibility in the industry. She could do a lot worse than The Flaming Lips. Should also be good to see her involved in a project that won't have its worth determined by how many records it's sold.

IKR? I'd be glad that K$ can create the type of music she wants but I don't want her to stray for away from Pop. I mean, her pop songs are just awesome. YLIMD was my anthem for the whole 2010.
