It's hard to tell online, especially if the seller doesn't include detailed pictures, but I think it's unlikely that very many people would sell fake Ke$ha singles through the Internet. Just look for listings from people with successful sales histories (or, if you're on Amazon, verified sellers with high approval ratings); they're not gonna risk losing their reputation over a CD costing less than $15. If you find something and want me to take a look at it for you to gauge the authenticity of it, don't hesitate to let me know.

Oh, and in case you're wondering what singles actually look like, they vary. Some are packaged like regular CDs, others come in digipak cardboard things, but most are sold in slimline jewel cases that are not quite as thick (7 mm) as regular jewel cases (10 mm). Here are a couple of examples!
