IWBWY will never be a single. It's too slow. "You and I" worked because it was upbeat.
I'm pretty sure the studio version will be more upbeat than the performance but I don't want it to be overdone like Y&I. No rock ballad please, just pure ballad with piano production and drums like Stay.
