What else can you expect from our messy base
I liked the single title from the beginning. Just look at thread already having more than 800 replies and it's just the title that was announced, she will be all over the news once they officially confirm it. She NEEDS controversy, she's always benefited from it and it got her to where she is today. Both Circus and FF eras were generally very safe and predictable. It's great to see them trying to change that.
I'd guess from the title that the song will have a lot of urban vibe, which will continue attracting bigger urban audience to her like she's been doing with S&S, and they are also a very loyal audience.
And again, it's just the first single. I believe the album will have a lot of different flavours and a personal ballad/mid-tempo was never going to be the first single anyway, we all know that.
I just need the damn single already, can't wait no more

Anyways, I prefer a title like "werk bitch" than the previous stupid cheesy rumored title "All eyes on me"
This 8th album will be for tough fans, she won't be the musically stupid manufactured clean princess she was during "Circus"
Although I want Circus-wise promotion and performances.

Rumour is she's filming the performance next week and will premiere the song with the performance on GMA.

I'd like that. Sounds too good to be true but if true would be genius.
It gives ppl a performance where she could do it over till its right...the chance to dance strong with little nerves, she could sing live hence the vocal coach or prerecorded.
It can be something to show what shes capable of for Vegas.
Prays it to be true.

I said I don't see it for the song but outside of outrageous its a song that sets the theme of in the zone the best. I'd say outrageous but i know the tea on her disdain for outrageously bad but it could still feature madonna and have been a good marketing tool. Plus, i like that she went against urban during a time where everyone was doing it and against dance.
What would your line up be? Not your favorite songs but the best songs that represent the era.
Fall 2003 brave new girl ft madonna.
Winter 2004 toxic
Spring 2004 everytime
Summer 2004 early mornin, the hookup or boom boom
Fall 2004 breathe on me with a kickoff on vmas
