NOP. "Toxic" would've been a bad strategy as a lead single, because the song would've been a huge hit and then the next singles wouldn't topped that and the album would've just simply fallen of the charts quickly.

if anything releasing "Toxic" as second single was a brilliant move because it gave longevity to the album.

the singles choices of "ITZ" were just simply perfect and brilliant, shame the era wasn't longer

If Toxic was the lead single and they released Everytime, Breathe on Bie, Early Morning next, then I don't see any problem. Those songs would keep the album selling with the helps from her heavy promo.

If Breathe on Bie was released, we would have another iconic/most controversial performance at VMAs. it had a lot of potential.

I didn't say that Me Against the should not be a single. I just said that it should not be the lead single. It could be the last single from that era.

MATM is vile and did not deserve to be a single, especially the lead one.
